Yes! All badge reels come with a lifetime warranty covering normal wear and tear. However, we don’t replace items damaged due to accidents like being run over by a car, eaten by a pet, or thrown away. If your badge reel breaks during an emergency (true story!), we’ll replace it.

Interchangeable tops are also covered under our warranty. If the original top is no longer available, we’ll replace it with one as close to the original design as possible.

Yes! We offer water resistance for button tops for $2 (sets of 3 or 4) and waterproofing for $4 (sets of 3 or 4). Please note that this process may slightly alter the coloring of the tops.

Absolutely! If you don’t see what you’re looking for, reach out via text, email, or social media. We may already have it in our archives, or we can create a custom design with you. 

While we aim to match the online images as closely as possible, slight variations in colors, images, wording, and backgrounds can occur due to lighting, printing, or the water-resistance process.

Yes, local pickups are available. Shipping is a flat rate of $4.99 for standard shipping, and orders over $50 qualify for free shipping. Taxes and shipping will be calculated at checkout.

For standard items, turnaround time is same or next day. If you add water resistance, allow an additional 48 hours. For waterproofing, please allow 72 hours for curing. Custom orders may vary, and we’ll discuss timing before payment.
